As you can see, CARVANA Salways post a generic response to a negative reviews so they can act like they are doing something about the problem. The reality is that CARVANA just wants to sell cars whithout having to deal with issues that may arise after the sale. They are nice to you for 7 DAYS and they give you the finger. $50K for a lemmon and a truck full of lies and broken promises. Since I posted this review, I called CARVANA multiple times only to be given a run around. THEY always tell me that promised they will escalate the issue to the right people and that soemone will get back. NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME. PURCHASE A CAR AT CARVANA AT YOUR OWN PERILS.
