Just bought my 2nd car from Carvana! ! First was a 2013 Challenger and the process was so simple. The only bad thing I have to say is delivery was delayed 3 times, but Carvana issued me ! How can you even call that an issue at that point! They totally made up for it. Whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The process was extremely easy and the delivery driver was excellent. Fast forward to the second car, I traded in my 2012 Durango on a 2022 Kia Forte GT, Carvana gave me a totally fair offer, held the Kia for an extended amount of time because we were waiting for our trade title to come in, delivery was flawless and Tasha the driver was amazing!! I will never again buy a vehicle from a dealer or anyone else for that matter. It’s Carvana all the way for me. As someone who has bought cars from private party, dealers, and even online dealers (CarMax 🥴) in the past, nobody can come close to the excellence of Carvana!! Thank you so much, and we’ll be back in a few years!! More

I am very disappointed and I strongly advise against buying a car from Carvana. I purchased a 50K car from Carvana in November 2021. I called within the seven day.period to change the car to something m buying a car from Carvana. I purchased a 50K car from Carvana in November 2021. I called within the seven day.period to change the car to something more suitable. The person whom I spoke to told me that he will give until Monday to chose another car. I called On Saturday or two days before the deadline and I was told that I could no longer return or Exchange the car. When I finally spoke to a manager he ignore the facts that I was offered and extension and offered me a lousy $250 rebate check. Five months and the multiple phone calls later, I have yet to receive the check. I was tricked and lied to to stop me from returning or exchanging the car. Also, just days after buying the car for 50K, they only offering me 30K to trade in the car. Shameful and deceiving way to do business. They are nice when you reach out to purchase but nothing else. Buy a car from them at your own peril. More

The whole process is a waste of time and sending e-mails to make those involved aware of the issue is simply a futile effort. Carvana has a nice concept, however execution of their plan is quite poor. More
Ordering car, being qualified was easy. Delivery was kind of a hassle, and the coverage for 100 days, doesn't cover wearable parts. Got grinding brakes and had my car 7 days. I'm covered by a temporary tag for roughly 4 months. Keeping car, because I am in desperate need, but if I weren't, I would have turned it back. The Carvana concept is Great but needs some fine tuning. Like the condition of car, compared to the price I'm paying for it. I'm grateful that I was qualified, because no one else would have touched me. But, I am paying dearly for the qualification. Great place for someone with little money and not so good credit. But don't expect much, and expect to pay high price overall. More

I absolutely LOVE my new Murano and it is EXACTLY as they described! Geo, in delivery, was personable, wonderful and even purchased a gift for me because he was concerned that I was returning the first car he delivered! Have never waited on the phone for service, have spoke with over 8 customer service agents and EVERY one of them were helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Thank you for your outstanding service! Second you delayed my delivery an entire week the day before my scheduled delivery, leaving me to scramble and find a rental car for a week in the 11th hour. I had to beg to get $150 voucher from you. 3. Third 45 minutes before my rescheduled delivery you called me and told me "the car is in no way shape or form ready to be delivered it's dirty and hasn't been detailed at all." I lost my mind and insisted on being compensated because my delivery fee was $500. You said all you could do is compensate me an additional $150. I said I needed names to report you to the BBB and all the sudden you could refund me more. 4. When the car finally came it was abundantly clear you didn't inspect it as the driver had no idea the lights inside the vehicle didn't work or even how to tell the mileage. Your customer service reps are all very nice, but because you've handicapped them from being tangibly helpful it's insulting to be told nice things when your actions don't match your words. If I could give you negative stars I would. More
