Was a smooth fast easy process until the registration process. Went through 5 people and found Alicia who finally listened to me and was able to get the registration department to listen and fix their mi process. Scratches and interior stain damage that was not mentioned at purchase but when the car arrived it was all over. I took pictures and sent them along. Carvana said they'd pay for the work and referre mentioned at purchase but when the car arrived it was all over. I took pictures and sent them along. Carvana said they'd pay for the work and referred me to a shop that they pre-approved. I went to the shop they said but turns out that shop does not do upholstery work. I had to wait on hold to talk with Carvana again and they started getting a little squirrely about a different place to go, saying well it has to be pre-approved but then when I'd list places they'd say they weren't sure if that would work until I tool it in and get an invoice from them. Lots of back and forth and multiple phone calls. At one point I even said to Carvana "I get the sense you don't want to pay for this work. Are you actually going to pay?" Finally they approved work to be done at a local auto upholstery. They ended up having to strip the whole top and change out seats and seat backs because the stains were so extensive. After I had the work done I asked Carvana to pay for me to have an interior detail (because after hours of interior work there were smells and smudges), but they refused. Would have been good business to at least pay for this after making me go through the huge hassle to fix the interior damage they never disclosed in the first place. More

When my car got deliveredand I test drove it there was smoke coming from the engine, right away I told Carvana and they told me I could get the car checked where ever I chose, so I took the car to BMW , b smoke coming from the engine, right away I told Carvana and they told me I could get the car checked where ever I chose, so I took the car to BMW , because my car is a X5 2012 , it did have a problem and there was a leak in the vauls , BMW Fixed the problem and Carvana gave me peace of mind, Love Love Love my car , Thank You Caravan !! Choosing the car online was easy but that's the only part that wasn't a huge issue. Delivery was rescheduled/delayed twice so I had to rearrange my schedule and pay for rental cars for almost 3 weeks after I that wasn't a huge issue. Delivery was rescheduled/delayed twice so I had to rearrange my schedule and pay for rental cars for almost 3 weeks after I was supposed to have my car. The car arrived in Pennsylvania in the dead of winter with water in the windshield washer fluid tank so of course it immediatly froze. This meant that I had no use of the washer fluid. Lots of wasted time figuring out what was wrong (trip to the store to get fluid just to find out that it was water/frozen, then to the mechanic to have it thawed, the plastic tank checked to make sure it wasn't cracked from freezing and then refilled). After this the paperwork fiascos started. When the car arrived I signed all of the release paperwork and power of attorney paperwork for the registration. Then I was notified that these papers were missing. They sent them to me via fedex, I had to then run around getting them notarized, finding a fedex drop off and returning them. Then they contacted me that more paperwork was missing when I had literally signed and returned every piece of paper in the envelope, the representative was unsure how to fix the problem and it took another week and 3 more phone calls to get someone who could resend the paperwork which required another round of taking off work to get things notarized and to the fedex drop box. Finally almost 90 days after my purchase my registration arrived and they had changed my address on my registration and drivers license to an address that is incorrect. When I called to inform them of this they told me that I would need to take off of work yet again to now go to the DMV to fix their mistake. More
