Three moths later no license plates or registration. People are nice but nothing they say comes to fruition or is just untrue. Never again and if anyone asks I will tell them to run away. More

On the 3rd delivery date they called me 15 min before it was supposed to be delivered and told me they couldn’t deliver that day. I was so fed up I cancelled the order - save your time, money and aggravation- Horrible, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Due to the “Push” I was forced to rent a vehicle. I was promised that I would be reimbursed for this rental - I was told simply upload the receipt and Carvana would reimburse me….. well I’m still waiting for my reimbursement. ZERO confidence in Carvana - Save your time, money, and aggravation. The absolute worst experience ever. More

The two splash shields came off and the car behind us ran them over at 70 mph. I called and to shorten the drama not covered. That was day 6 during the Easter Weekend Ann nobody to call. So I’m not going to be a good ambassador for Carvana. If they can’t stand behind something like that how will they handle something major! There repair shops are Firestone stores, they sell tires not rebuild transmissions or ac units. Buyer beware is what I have to say. I’ll fix it myself cost will be about 900.00. More
The whole process was very efficient. I was impressed and honestly didn't think I could pick up the car, and was waiting for hickups. I decided I wanted a vehicle, and found my car within 15 minutes of searching on Carvana. Within the hour, I had finalized my purchase and was relieved I didn’t have to deal with pushy salesmen. Their customer service at Carvana pre-purchase was amazing. The problems started on the delivery date which was delayed, then delayed again, and then delayed again. They didn't change the 7 day return amazing. The problems started on the delivery date which was delayed, then delayed again, and then delayed again. They didn't change the 7 day return policy to reflect the extra day and a half delays. They promised me gas cards for the delay and nothing came or was offered which is no big deal but why offer? The Porsche came with no detailing and was dirty and muddy. The interior has the headliner coming off and this wasn't mentioned in their "150 point inspection" which it was in many other Porches. The interior has a lot of scuff marks again not mentioned at all. The car has mini chips all over in the paint which weren't called out and they are all over the car. The biggest issue was the Service Now light was on immediately after delivery. When I called Carvana immediately the customer service stops and I had to go to SilverRock their warranty provider. None of their preferred repair facilities wanted to diagnose the "service now" light. When I called them their customer service was condescending saying they would allow me as a courtesy to take the car to another repair shop not on their list. How kind of them to allow me on a brand new car which came with a service engine light on. They also wanted me to relay questions and qualify their non preferred repair shop, something they should be doing not me on a car just purchased. The car also has white smokes coming out of the exhaust when you start it up after it sits overnight. Great service and communication before you purchase your vehicle, once you take it for the 7 day period its crickets and being sent around chasing answers. We'll see what happens with the non preferred repair shop, but this is appalling having to chase down help on a car less than a week purchased. Overpromised and under delivered would summarize my experience. Delays, an expensive car with expensive repairs coming with a service problem as well as white smoke on startup is just ridiculous. I would stay away from cars through Carvana which go through their "partner" program. They don't inspect properly or clean their cars at all. More
