Absolutely recommend Carvana! I don't know if I'm so positive on them because the process was extremely easy or because I had a terrible experience with one of their competitors. All of the fees (minimal) were listed before signing anything. There was no need for a "deposit to hold the car". Also, they allowed outside financing while also taking care of registration and title. Vroom will not do either if you use an outside vendor. There was an issue with delivery as it was pushed back a couple weeks, so please be prepared to be flexible on the timing. I will give them props on the constant communication whenever something came up. My vehicle was delayed three times, but I received a text and a call each time. To make up for the delays, they offered a modest payment to smooth things out. They certainly didn't need to do that, but I definitely appreciate it. A night and day difference from the competition. Don't waste your time with the other company, Carvana is the way to go! More

This was the easiest process ever. I found the vehicle I wanted, completed everything I needed online and never once had to talk to a salesman.
