I have called that number dozens of times and never received any actual help. Including taking a call two weeks ago, asking for a manager and being told the manager would call me in 24 hours. No call. The fact that you can’t find my account also does not surprise me. Sbeach2926@gmail.com should be in your records, so any level of diligence should have allowed you to find it - but again, you don’t actually care to help.
