We have purchased two cars from Carvana, and we are pleased with both purchases so far. The purchase process was relatively smooth for both. Our only complaint was with the second car. We requested the car be delivered to our home address. On the day the car was supposed to be delivered, someone at the local office called to tell us they did not have adequate staff to complete the delivery and asked if we could come pick up the car instead. We agreed to do so, but we had other things going on, and were not prepared to have to drive 30 miles to the dealership to pick up the car. When we arrived, there appeared to only be a couple of people even working, and we had to wait a while before anyone could help us. We consider this a relatively minor inconvenience, but it is disappointing that Carvana touts the delivery service and then does not have the staff to complete the service. They could at least offer some kind of concession for the inconvenience. The person who helped us at the dealership was super nice and attentive once he was able to help us. More

Ordered the car with a low credit score, I got it fair deal and it was so easy, I picked the car I liked and it was delivered to my door 2 Days Later. It was clean with incredibly low miles for the year and the gentlemen was thorough, he took my old car Betsy and I am one happy customer. However, they did promise me a gas card and some surprises because it was my birthday and I was such a happy positive customer but I never got any of that but none the less , I do love my car and it was easy breezy! The dashboard to conduct business and make monthly payments is very user-friendly plus there was no hidden fees or creepy salesman . Thank you Carvana! More
I purchased a 2017 GMC Acadia. The same night it was dropped off, the check engine light came on, the water temperature gauge would not register, the AC quit working, radio preset The same night it was dropped off, the check engine light came on, the water temperature gauge would not register, the AC quit working, radio presets would not hold, and the remote start quit working. I called to schedule a vehicle pick up and we were offered a swap to another vehicle and just pay the difference (if any). I decided to go pick up the other vehicle and complete the swap. As we were getting to our home we noticed the new vehicle had a hesitation as you accelerated. I contacted Carvana the next day and they walked me through the process to drop the car off at an approved mechanic to be diagnosed. When I dropped the vehicle off the mechanic stated that I would pay for the diagnostic as SilverRock did not cover that fee. I called back to Carvana to clarify and they suggested I speak directly to SilverRock. I called them and they showed no vehicle currently in the system for me. They stated that since it has only been 24 hours of ownership the paperwork might not have been sent yet for warranty work. I called back to Carvana to have the documents sent so I could have the diagnostics completed. The rep I spoke to asked me if I had returned this car. I told him that I had not and in fact it was waiting at the mechanic to be worked on. They informed me that someone put in that I was returning the vehicle back to Carvana. I told them that I still have the vehicle and never requested a return of the new car. They could see that there was a swap completed on 4/7/22 and that I had requested on 4/8 for the new vehicle to be returned. They also stated that the paperwork had already started to prepare the vehicle for resale. I was informed that the paperwork process for that was going to take 3-4 months!! Again, I informed them that I still had the car but now questioned if I would be able to title the vehicle which I was informed that I was not because Carvana showed that now the vehicle belonged to them again. I was told that I had to keep insurance on this vehicle until they could pick it up which they said again could take 3-4 months to do the rebuild of paperwork. After about 1 hour on the phone the rep finally came back and said that the management team would do what they could to expedite the process in hopes to complete it within a week or so. At that time I asked if I was able to request a pick up of the vehicle. I was informed that it would have to wait until the rebuild was completed before they could do a reschedule of pick up. That was on a Friday night. Saturday morning I receive a call from Carvana stating that they were 8 minutes from my house to pick up the car. The car was still at the mechanics as I had not picked it up to bring back and park in my garage. Thankfully the driver was able to meet me at the mechanic to pick up the vehicle. The lack of communication and errors in the process have absolutely ruined my perception of this company. So now here I am, no car, and I have yet to receive my money back. Absolutely terrible ending to what was at first a great quick way to purchase a vehicle. On a positive note, the customer service folks I have talked to on the phone have been very courteous but unfortunately overshadowed by 2 less than par vehicles and someone making a $30K keystroke error. More
