Initially, my car delivery was delayed due to title and law changes in my state. Carvana kept me updated and provided reimbursement for my having to rent a car due to the delays. When I received my car it clearly did not go through the 150 point inspection. There were things wrong with the car that were not identified to me. The car did not have any oil in it. The trunk was broken. There were scratches outside and inside not disclosed. I called Carvana and Silverock. Both of them worked together to make sure my car went to the right place, I had to take it to their shop and then the dealer. Nothing was disputed, they even got on a call both with me to make sure everything was being taken care of. They extended my money back guarantee as I could not get the car in for repairs in time. They wanted to make it right and make sure everything was working before I decided to keep the car. I did not have to pay for anything including the scratches on the car that were not disclosed. The ordering process was very easy, even though the car was delayed, Carvana was still easy to get a hold of or was keeping me updated on what was going on. The car delivered in not the best of shape but they did everything right to fix it. It was an inconvenience not having a car and having to go to repair shops 4 times - 2 of these were dealers. The repair shop was better! I will tell you when I went to the dealer they did everything to bad mouth Carvana and said I should have bought from the dealer. In 20 years of owning/buying cars - 3 of them from this dealer (who treated me like garbage by the way) I had the best experience with Carvana and I did not have to sit in a dealership for 8 hours. The dealer I previously bought cars from would not help me learn a setting on the AC. They just said that setting is awful on the car, do not use it. The repair shop for Carvana actually showed me. The dealer guy also told me he marked up their labor rate so high to Silverock and bragged that he could not believe they paid it. Carvana was so much better, I would do it again despite everything. This was my first time buying. My husband sold cars to them before, it was very easy. I hope they offer leasing in the future, as I prefer to do that. More
Sorry I had to give them one star. Started the process back in middle of February. First car sent whole underside was rusted in a car with less than 12,000 miles. Second car had heated seats according to their website description. It didn’t. By now we are into may. Was promised checks of $400, $125 and $750 for the delays. However because we send back the two vehicles above they owe us nothing for the delays. We overpaid by $1,175 according to them. Now it is $9,600 according to their treasury department, but can’t get answer because they are “short staffed”. It’s just our money. Biggest cheats I ever had to deal with. More

Nothing went easy. I had to change insurance companies as MASS has different rules. The vehicle had 3 very minor scratches on website that were hard to find when it arr I had to change insurance companies as MASS has different rules. The vehicle had 3 very minor scratches on website that were hard to find when it arrived. BUT it did have 7 BIG deep scratches and many little dents. At least Carvana is paying to fix most of it. (Anything we missed after delivery, too bad). I also got emails saying my registration was complete and I would be getting license plates in the mail. I had license plates the day of delivery. How else could we drive it? I tried to give delivery person our cashier's check for full amount, but it was declined as she thought it would be done electronically. I had to take photo of check and then mail the physical check to them. Send photo with tracking number of check and pay $62 for the overnight service that was demanded! For the last 3 days Carvana has contacted me about paying. The last message today was they were going to repossess the vehicle if we didn't pay. The physical check was in their hands yesterday. NOT an easy experience, very disorganized business. I would not recommend. The only positive I have is that everyone was very pleasant. For the following questions: Delivery person was very nice, delivery took close to 2 hours vs the 30 min they stated. No virtual appt, No test drive offered, Contactless Transactions? I guess - she didn't take the check from my outstrectched hand!! More

Carvana instead suggested I take the car to the manufacturer/dealer to transfer the device. Rather than waste time and potentially money going to a dealer service department, an hour on a chat window with SiriusXM ultimately resolved the issue. My suggestion to Carvana to help customers avoid this problem: When processing trade-ins with satellite radios, part of the trade-in process should include properly de-associating the satellite radio from the previous owner. Dealers with certified pre-owned sales already do this as do used-car dealers and they offer a trial SiriusXM subscription to buyers. More
