4days after getting the car I get a flat have to call carvana s road side assistance wait hours for help come to find out the tires would not pass inspection I had to use their insurance to replace all 4 carvana s road side assistance wait hours for help come to find out the tires would not pass inspection I had to use their insurance to replace all 4 tires on my time and again wait hours at the tire place. Now I can't keep the car i love cause they said I was all set with the paper work 2 and a half weeks later they called and I'm forced to pay their high interest rates or give the car back and it goes on my credit. They just used me to get free tires using there insurance. It has been a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend carvana to anyone. More

Not only did Carvana reject me for financing, with initial rates quoted at over 10 percent, I was able to get a loan from a credit union at only 3.49%. Carvanas rates were neither competititve nor user-friendly. Finding outside financing outside of Carvana was difficult, as they hide it from their website, and give short deadlines to finance, otherwise they may delay delivery of your vehicle. Further, after calling Carvana 4 times to discuss Carvana Care, and confirming that it would be for 2 years or 125,000 miles, whichever came first when it came time to sign my documents, Carvana had switched the warranty to a single year-- this warranty cost over two thousand dollars. Carvana was unwilling to fix the warranty, which didn't involve any negotiation, just holding them accountable to what they told me. I spoke to Carvana about the warranty multiple times, including a call to their partner, Silver Rock. Carvana had previously discounted another car I was looking at on their site by two thousand dollars, and could easily afford to fix their error. Instead, they refused. The upsell would've been a few hundred bucks for me, but only about 2 percent difference in transaction cost for them. I walked away and would not recommend Carvana. More

Having purchased a vehicle from Carvana previously, my wife and I decided that for convenience's sake we would buy from them again even though we had registration/license plate issues with the first car. wife and I decided that for convenience's sake we would buy from them again even though we had registration/license plate issues with the first car. Thought the issue was probably a fluke. In this case, the car is fine but really nothing else. A few days prior to the delivery Carvana required a conference call with our bank to verify funds. No problem, plenty of cash to cover the cost of the car. The first problem came when payment was to be made, Carvana claimed that they could not get a transfer for the purchase price because our account was overdrawn. I looked at our account online and there was still plenty of cash to cover the purchase. Carvana then said that they couldn't, or wouldn't, try again and that we either had to send a cashier's check overnight at our expense or do a wire transfer again at our expense. We chose to do the wire transfer and emailed copies of the transaction as requested. The car was delivered just fine, but a few days later I started getting calls and emails from Carvana stating that we still had to pay for the car. I would explain that we did, in fact, already pay for the car and would send them copies of the wire transfer. This continued for almost two weeks. When we purchased the car, we chose the option that we would pay extra at the time of the sale, and in return Carvana would take care of the taxes, fees, etc., and have the plates sent to us. On June 10th I received an email from Carvana stating your registration is complete and your plates are on the way via FedEx and should arrive in 5-7 business days. Approximately 10 business days later and we have no plates. So I reached out to Carvana and was told, sorry, that's an automated email your plates were actually sent by USPS and should arrive in 10-15 business days. Don't worry everything has been taken care of. So I wait. On July 5th, I still have no plates so I call Carvana again. This time I am told that the plates must be lost in the mail and that I should go to my local USPS office to see if they have them and if not I will have to go to the DMV to get duplicate plates issued, but not to worry if there are "any fee's" associated with this, Carvana will cover them. At my local DMV, I have to schedule an appointment. Between my work schedule and the appointments available, the earliest I can get to the DMV is on July 22nd. The DMV informs me that the plates have not been issued and, thus, have never been mailed because the registration fees have not been paid. Sales tax and title fees had been paid, but not the registration. So I pay the $236.95, get my plates, and return home to call Carvana to inform them of the fee I just paid. When I am finally able to speak to a representative from Carvana, she looked into my account and notes from the previous times that I had called in and apologized that no one had ever noticed that the registration hadn't been paid. Asked to put me on hold so she could speak with a supervisor. When she came back online told me that the best they could do was to send me a check for $150 for my troubles. I said thank you, but $150 doesn't cover the fees that I just paid. She said that Carvana was never going to pay the registration fees, that was always on me but that since no one had mentioned that to me in the past they would compensate me for the misunderstanding. Indeed there was a huge misunderstanding. Carvana had told me multiple times that "everything" was taken care of and looked good on their end, told me during phone conversations and via email that the plates had been sent to me when they had not and their own system was telling them that the registration fee's had not been paid. If I owed registration fee so be it, but tell me that. Don't tell me everything is taken care of and the plates are on the way when they are not. Don't tell me that you will cover any fees associated with getting plates if you have no intention of covering the fees. We will never purchase another vehicle from Carvana under any circumstance and I urge you to do business elsewhere as well. I simply cannot emphasize strongly enough how dissatisfied I am with Carvana and the entire experience. More
