I'm not so sure I would definitely buy again. My oil change light lit up after only a few hundred miles, which makes me think the comprehensive inspection was not actually done. I must say that the customer service was very good, and every single person I interacted with was helpful and pleasant. When my bank created conflicts over the insurance requirements, Carvana connected me with an expert to work out the kinks and move the process forward. But the reason I had to use 3rd party financing was that my offer from Carvana was more than 2x the interest rate that my bank gave me. I do think the vehicle price was high, even taking into account the home delivery option, but a bigger disappointment was that they only offered me $300 on the trade-in. Also, my first attempt to buy a car failed when they accidently sold the vehicle that I purchased to another customer, due to a website "glitch." I have since learned this happens quite frequently, so don't get too attached to your purchase! More
