Absolute joke of a company. Avoid them. I spent an hour trying to buy a car with a Carvana chat rep because I was buying for a business, not a personal vehicle. After getting Avoid them. To change it with the DMV, they want another $2000 in sales tax unless I jump through 20 hoops to get the tax waived. But that's not even the worst part! The car showed up reeking of smoke. We let our 7 day return window lapse as we tried to get rid of the smell. We are now in about $1000 in auto detailing and products trying to get the smell out with no real luck. Carvana did not disclose the smell to us on the front end or we'd have chosen a different car. Shady. They also said they would reimburse us for Smog and VIN check fees and they have not. Avoid Carvana if you can. Customer service has been very sketchy. More

The process was very smooth and easy in the beginning but numerous issues with delivery. Through this process it is clear that Carvana struggles when it comes to dealing with issues. The websites delivery option are not real and they will offer you a sooner date even after Carvana reschedules. Carvana states that you can reach out to them via text messages; however, they do not tell you that you are speaking with AI and that the responses are not accurate. I had a customer "advocate"(Lisa Neverson) lie and said I say I used a false name and transferred me to line that is not monitored instead of transferring to supervisor/manager. After requesting from another "advocate" to speak with a manager they told me 24-48 hours before a manager would reach out to me. It took the manager 5 days to get in contact with me and conveniently they called two hours after I picked up the car. Overall, I was not pleased with the experience and would not use Carvana again. More
The entire buying and trade-in process was easy and seamless. There was always someone to contact in case there was a question. The process was lengthy and somewhat annoying. After waiting a few days I was informed the vehicle I chose was not available. Now I have to use a 3rd party repair vendor and have no rental car is provided when repairs are being made. Unacceptable. I do not recommend using this car service. Very disappointing.. More

I was very happy my experience with Carvana. It was easy to navigate the site, financing was a breeze, they fully informed me of any issues with the vehicle. The delivery driver was excellent and even informed me of a cosmetic issue that happened after purchase, which Carvana is going to have fixed, before I even had the chance to inspect the car. My only issue was delivering my car 4 days later then was originally agreed to. Every person I talked to was very friendly and professional. I would 100% recommend to anyone. More

During the rescheduling period (which they changed) I had to use my vehicle I was trading in and went over the miles I originally listed (because it was had been 3 weeks longer at this point). For this reason, we had to reschedule again and I was home and ready for the rescheduled time and no one showed up. I waited an hour and finally got ahold of someone after 1.5 hours and was told no one was coming and they're not sure I wasn't contacted about that. My car was delivered without being cleaned on the inside and outside so I called and was given money to get it detailed. Customer service is very friendly and patient. The whole process was not ideal and got pretty frustrating. The car itself is fine and the customer service has been extremely friendly. More
