Overall the process was well designed, but when it froze up, I found it would’ve been good to have a human voice contact. Some of the keyword-based chat responses went off on a tangent. up, I found it would’ve been good to have a human voice contact. Some of the keyword-based chat responses went off on a tangent. More
Buying online was the easiest part. After that it went downhill. When we arrived in Richmond to pick it up there vending machine was broken. I placed five or six coins before giving up. After that it went downhill. When we arrived in Richmond to pick it up there vending machine was broken. I placed five or six coins before giving up. Approximately 10 days after I received the car I noticed a part missing under the hood. I went online and looked at the pictures and realized the part was missing when they took the pictures they had missed it and so Had I. I called them 10 days later and they said because I had waited more than seven days There was nothing they could do. I paid a premium price for this car and it would have been nice to get all of it. I would not recommend Carvana to anyone their customer service is ridiculous. More
It was a great experience until the car was delivered, although even then their tracker never showed that it was out for delivery. When I received the car it was dirty inside and the tires were bald. I po although even then their tracker never showed that it was out for delivery. When I received the car it was dirty inside and the tires were bald. I pointed this out to the delivery driver who said, "No problem, we can get you new tires!" I accepted the vehicle believing it would be taken care of. I was sent the info for their warranty company, SilverRock, who didn't have any locations near my home. Before I could get the car to one of their facilities, sure enough I got a flat tire because the tire completely failed. I finally got it to a repair facility and then began a two week nightmare of trying to argue with Carvana, SilverRock, and the repair facility to get the replacement tires. I must have spent 10 hours over those two weeks on hold, on the phone, or at the repair facility trying to get this done. Who's fault was that? Who knows. They all blamed each other. Carvana's customer service was extremely unhelpful when I tried to sort this out through them but fortunately SilverRock was better. I did finally get those new tires despite Carvana's best efforts to prevent me from getting them. The repair facility also found an active oil leak that had to be repaired. So, if you want to buy a car you can't actually use for two weeks, I guess use Carvana? They will knowingly sell you a vehicle with bald tires and an oil leak so how much do you trust their "inspection"? More
The car itself is wonderful, but they delivered the car with damage that was not noted in the vehicle report, the service light on, and a low battery key fob. I had to go to three different places to get t with damage that was not noted in the vehicle report, the service light on, and a low battery key fob. I had to go to three different places to get these things fixed that were not my responsibility in the first place. More

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! I bought a 2017 Cadillac from Carvana a little over a year ago. The Carfax showed no accidents, Carvana’s 150 point inspection showed nothing so I I bought a 2017 Cadillac from Carvana a little over a year ago. The Carfax showed no accidents, Carvana’s 150 point inspection showed nothing so I bought the car. The car was delivered dirty with dried bug splats on the back end. The interior was dirty with splotches of cleaner throughout. Carpet was full of sand. Now, Carvana states that they detail your car before it is delivered. They did send me 100 dollars for a detail. The first problem I had was the AC quit cooling the first day I had the car. I checked the cabin filter (part of the 150 point inspection) to find it to be completely clogged. I then decided to check under the hood. Air filter was completely clogged, could not see daylight through it. Coolant was low as well as brake fluid. All things listed on the 150 point inspection. So, I really don’t see how the certification could have been preformed. The Warranty I paid extra for is a joke. You have to use one of their facilities or pay a 200 dollar deductible. In my case the recommended facility does not have the tools to work on my car. Silver rock will tell you they will wave the deductible if you have no choice but they will decline that waver when the service department files the claim. Last week I had to take my car in for some service bulletins that my car qualified for. While I was there I told them the doors on the drivers side rub together when opened and the car is parked on irregular surfaces. They said I would have to take it to a body shop as they did not currently have a tech that could align the doors. They said it looked like the doors simply needed alignment and it should not cost much. I took my car to a local body shop and was informed that the car has been wrecked. The front end, hood, something called a unibody section on the drivers side, all four doors have been replaced. The entire car has been painted. The doors cannot be realigned because they are aligned according the repairs that were done. These repairs would have stood out when they did their 150 point inspection. My low mileage Cadillac just decreased in value about $10,000. I called Carvana and of course they are sorry but nothing they are willing to do. Just lost another customer and I will do everything I can to prevent someone from making the same mistake I did. I sincerely hope this keeps someone buying from these crooks! More
