My experience has been horrible! !! I've had the car 3 months and it's given me countless issues. The vehicle had 68,000 miles and it spent one month in the shop for a transmission !! I've had the car 3 months and it's given me countless issues. The vehicle had 68,000 miles and it spent one month in the shop for a transmission issue. Since then the sunroof has stopped working, the backup camera has stopped working, the ac has stopped working, and I'm experiencing electrical issues. This has been horrible!!! More

Do not buy from Carvana! They simply lie. My pick up was delayed twice because they said they were replacing the brakes and rotars. After I picked up the car, my mechanic loo They simply lie. My pick up was delayed twice because they said they were replacing the brakes and rotars. After I picked up the car, my mechanic looked at it and said that brakes and rotars were not replaced. I had to call Silver Rock who told me to go to a Firestone shop. The shop confirmed that brakes and rotors were not replaced and found some other issues. It has been nearly a week back and forth calls to Carvana, Silver Rock and Firestone and it looks like they finally will replace the brakes. Firestone staff gave me an earful each time I called about how horrible Carvana is and encouraged me to return the car and told me that they see problems with every Carvana car they have had in their shop. I recently almost bought a car from Carvana. I had heard generally good things, they had the perfect car at a good price, and they were going to take my trade in for a semi-reasonable value. When I bought the car, the web page said it available for delivery on or after August 11th. By the time I clicked on the Schedule link, the earliest date available was August 13th. I was due to be out of down then, so I scheduled it for the 18th. On Monday the 15th, I received a notification that the delivery was being delayed to August 22nd. It was a bad day for me to take delivery, but I rearranged my schedule, was about to select a time that worked at 11:30 AM, and looked forward to receiving the car. Monday morning, I texted them regarding details of the delivery, and the informed me that my "advocate" would reach out to me one hour before delivery. Instead, ONE HOUR BEFORE DELIVERY, at 10:30 on Monday, I received the following "Hi James, your BMW X1 experienced a transportation delay. We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience." followed by "Hi James. The delivery of your BMW X1 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, August 24th at 11:30 AM EST. Need to reschedule for a later date/time? You can do so here: https://cvna.co/opd" ONE HOUR BEFORE DELIVERY? I reached out to ask why and was told "We do a final inspection to ensure the car meets our standards and yours. I’m sorry to let you know we did identify a concern with your vehicle at that time." I asked about the nature of the concern and got nothing but "Although this is all the information I know at this time, I can assure you that the vehicle will be improved and delivered in the condition you are expecting." and "I wish I had more details about this for you, but this is all I see on my end. My apologies, James." Two reschedules with no valid reason. I managed to find a very similar car at a real dealership about 2 hours from my house, and immediately canceled my order. I then learned from the new dealer that they could not take my trade-in because the title still had a lien on it (even though our financing had completed 6 months ago). I explained that Carvana was willing to take it with a letter I had received from VW assuring that there was no balance due on the car, and was told "that's why Carvana has so many class action lawsuits pending". What a DISASTER!!! Stay away! Stay away! Stay away! (BTW, I bought the other car, same model, one year newer, 5K fewer miles, and the dealer matched Carvana's price. I'm VERY happy). More

We also choose to pick it up at their facility and Carvana still could not make the delivery date. There we two missed dates in the process. I think they advertised a shorter delivery knowing we might have gone some were else. Collage age student had to walk to work as we assumed they would have a car by the start of school. The car is in good shape and we do like the car. The financing was good and acceptable terms. I did have to keep resubmitting paperwork but that might have been my inability to take good pictures. Wasted an entire day sending them paperwork and photos of the proof they needed to sell my car. They didn't accept the payoff quote, and I spent 2 hours getting them one they accepted. AFTER all of that, I'm the proof they needed to sell my car. They didn't accept the payoff quote, and I spent 2 hours getting them one they accepted. AFTER all of that, I'm told I have to drive the car 200 miles away to drop it off with them. The reason I am selling my car is because I can no longer see well enough to drive. So, I can either break laws and be arrested driving it to them or get 1 of my 0 friends or family members to drive it 200 miles away for me. Wasted time, wasted energy, and had false hope that things were going to work out. Thanks carvana for not giving any other options. I would have sold the car for 500 dollars less if you could just pick it up. How does that not benefit you? -Blind customer More
