This Changed the Way I Buy Cars I have been buying cars for 45 years, mostly though dealers but also some from private parties. Car dealers were a love/hate relationship: the ex I have been buying cars for 45 years, mostly though dealers but also some from private parties. Car dealers were a love/hate relationship: the excitement of getting a new car vs. the very long wait time, the high pressure, and the "surprises" when the deal is about to be closed. Carvana changed all that, with the exception of the excitement factor. Never have I worked with employees who were were so honestly pleasant and knowledgeable about what they do. Pressure? There simply was none. The process of actually filling out the forms, payment, etc. took less than 45 minutes. Buying a car you have never physically seen in person can be worrisome, but Carvana also has that covered with their 4 month, 4000 mile service contract, not to mention their 7 day return policy. I even caught a bit of luck. When I first visited their website they had the exact car I was looking for at considerably less than a competing online dealership had to offer. On the day of delivery the Carvana truck was right on time, and in 45 minutes, which included a 15 minute test drive, our new car was ours. Because of this extremely positive experience the next time I am in the market for a car my first stop will be Carvana. and I will recommend Carvana to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Sean Corbett was very helpful throughout the process. All information is uploaded to their website and they handle the title/registration. They are always available to answer your questions. Stress and hassle free. They found a crack in the winshield prior to delivery and is getting it repaired. I bought the LS but the LT is what I wanted (that was my fault), but overall satisified with the vehicle. I would recommend Carvana to anyone. More

After uploading some documents (title copy, etc.), and appointment was made to pick up the car. Appraised value was comparable to trade in value, so if you’re looking for top dollar, this may not be for you. They have to make a profit like any other dealer with overhead to pay. But, if you’re looking for a no nonsense, easy way to sell a car, Carvana is worth a look. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional! More

My car had a large crack in the windshield (which I’d told them about) but I was still suspicious that they would arrive and try to bargain me down for it. When the lady came to pick it up (also very pleasant and professional)... she checked the crack and verified through her office that since I was up front about the crack, they had no problem honoring the price. Carvana will absolutely be my first choice next time I sell a vehicle. More
