This Changed the Way I Buy Cars I have been buying cars for 45 years, mostly though dealers but also some from private parties. Car dealers were a love/hate relationship: the ex I have been buying cars for 45 years, mostly though dealers but also some from private parties. Car dealers were a love/hate relationship: the excitement of getting a new car vs. the very long wait time, the high pressure, and the "surprises" when the deal is about to be closed. Carvana changed all that, with the exception of the excitement factor. Never have I worked with employees who were were so honestly pleasant and knowledgeable about what they do. Pressure? There simply was none. The process of actually filling out the forms, payment, etc. took less than 45 minutes. Buying a car you have never physically seen in person can be worrisome, but Carvana also has that covered with their 4 month, 4000 mile service contract, not to mention their 7 day return policy. I even caught a bit of luck. When I first visited their website they had the exact car I was looking for at considerably less than a competing online dealership had to offer. On the day of delivery the Carvana truck was right on time, and in 45 minutes, which included a 15 minute test drive, our new car was ours. Because of this extremely positive experience the next time I am in the market for a car my first stop will be Carvana. and I will recommend Carvana to anyone who is looking to buy a car.
