Logistics- car was supposed to be delivered on a Monday didn’t come for almost 2 weeks after that. I was close to canceling. 2). When car showed up it was clean but not detailed. Lots of little things that a dealership wouldn’t have missed when they sell a used car. Lots of positives though overall. Talk about disrupting an industry! More

Amazing experience I was going around town getting bids on my car to sell outright. I tried 3 place (carmax , dealership and Private smaller local dealer). I was shocked how easy and quick it was. The number carvana came back with was much better than the 3 noted above. I did some due diligence, asked around and confirmed the numbers were real. I started the process. Then the pick up of the vehicle came. Set the time and day I wanted through their link. Easy ! They showed up as promised.
