Car sustained $7K in damages while in for a $70 oil change. Dealership repaired and provided an equivalent loaner and comp’t the oil change but there was no communication from management, much less an change. I was left to coordinate with the dealership’s insurance adjuster and when I received the repaired car, dashboard warning lights were on indicating that replaced sensors were not function properly causing me to have to return the car again. Dealer made no consideration for reduced residual value (CarFacts impact). I understand that things happen. It’s how things are handled afterward is what reveals that character of the organization. This was a lost opportunity for this dealership to impress using factors it could control after a negative event. I am/was in the market for an Ionic 6 this summer but am likely moving in another direction due to this experience. More

The car is running fine. They did a very nice job fixing it. Not happy with the bill. We had a warranty and paid extra for the additional warranty. I find that hard to believe since we have only had the car for five years and we only use it six months out of the year. there is only 13,000 miles on the car. they said there was a clean cut on a line underneath the car near the wheel. We feel it this should not have been exposed. We have no idea how this could have gotten cut. We had to pay for the parts and the labor and they charge us an extra $170 to pick up our car so that we could use it. As they had no loaner available at the time and we could not be without a car for one week. not happy at all with this outcome. More

I spent 1500 dollars in total and each time I went, they said my check engine light would be fixed and would turn off. Each time I'd take it home and it'd turn right back on with something they "didn't see" said my check engine light would be fixed and would turn off. We used to get good service at this dealership, but lately the service has been poor. They misdiagnosed the full problem with our vehicle, and a simple check of the wipers after they fixed other issues lately the service has been poor. They misdiagnosed the full problem with our vehicle, and a simple check of the wipers after they fixed other issues would have shown that they needed to do more work. Instead they released the car to us with the wipers not working and the key fobs needing reprogramming. We left multiple messages for the service manager to call us back over this poor situation, and to date Rob Heaney, the manager, has yet to return our messages, letting other people deal with us. The car had to be returned twice to fix everything, and we just learned an outstanding recall fix wasn't implemented so now we will have to bring the car back yet again. More
