Though after purchase and reviewing the papers on the flash drive, I noticed there was a 1400 extended warranty I did not want and mentioned I didn't want any extras that I do NOT need. (It's a brand new car with warranty already included.) The loan was accessible to view after a few days, and was somehow also almost 1k more than the ending cost of everything shown on my paperwork. Which I have no clue where that goes to. More
I made an appointment to get a recall that Hyundai emailed and sent me a postcard about taken care of and then since that was getting done already I scheduled an oil change the same day. I dropped my car off at 12:45 and after 3 hours I was called saying I could pick it up. When I picked it up only the oil change was done but I was told that I would need to bring the car back at a later date to do the recall because they needed to order the part for the recall. Why even take the recall appointment if you can't complete the recall? More

I refuse to buy a vehicle from anyone other than Matt Mueller. He is very courteous and honest in his dealings with me. This was my 3rd car in less than 3 years from him. My only issue is each and every Mueller. He is very courteous and honest in his dealings with me. This was my 3rd car in less than 3 years from him. My only issue is each and every time the trade in value was very low. At the end of the day i understand it's a business, but if they want my continued business, they will need to do better next time. i know the vehicle i traded in will bring them double what they gave me. I purchased the car as a certified preowned from them and it is going to be resold as a certified preowned again. I plan to be back in May for my 4th car so we will see. i still highly recommend them. As long as Matt is there it is where I will buy from. More
