They did a great job at fixing my tire that had a nail in it. However, my wheel lock is missing and nobody seems to want to take responsibility. I am not saying that anybody stole it but it is missing. I did it. However, my wheel lock is missing and nobody seems to want to take responsibility. I am not saying that anybody stole it but it is missing. I did not use my vehicle for two days because we couldn't get the tire fixed until we brought it into the dealership. Boucher is the only place that has ever worked on my vehicle since it was purchased, so I'm not certain where it would have gone. I just want it replaced More

Customer service said oil changes are only walk-ins. Dealership said they are only appointments. Nobody at check in desk.
