We used to get good service at this dealership, but lately the service has been poor. They misdiagnosed the full problem with our vehicle, and a simple check of the wipers after they fixed other issues lately the service has been poor. Instead they released the car to us with the wipers not working and the key fobs needing reprogramming. We left multiple messages for the service manager to call us back over this poor situation, and to date Rob Heaney, the manager, has yet to return our messages, letting other people deal with us. The car had to be returned twice to fix everything, and we just learned an outstanding recall fix wasn't implemented so now we will have to bring the car back yet again. More
