Had to reach out to service for 2017 Sonata hybrid, which had a failed engine. Service informed me of all the repairs needed, and a possibility the vehicle cannot be repaired. My plan was to purchase a used had a failed engine. Service informed me of all the repairs needed, and a possibility the vehicle cannot be repaired. My plan was to purchase a used hybrid however none could be found and I was uncomfortable with purchasing online so I talked to sales and Tim was wonderful and showing me the type of hybrid I wanted and I purchased a 2025 sonata hybrid I’m happy with the purchase. The jury is out as to whether or not the 2017 hybrid can be repaired under warranty or if it will become scrap. Jeremy in the service center was pleasant and easy to work with highly knowledgeable about the engine failure with this particular model and year. More

Cory was super rude and short with us after we declined all the additional coverage he was trying to sell us. He would try again and we declined. Then a third time - No, thank you, we will PASS on the ad all the additional coverage he was trying to sell us. He would try again and we declined. Then a third time - No, thank you, we will PASS on the additional coverage. He wasn't super friendly to begin with but after we made it clear we were not interested in any of the additional warranties, his entire demeanor and body language changed after we declined everything. We couldn't get out of his office fast enough. Horrible experience with him. :-( Such a shame to have a person like that representing your finance department. For some, financing a vehicle is a big and scary decision. Having an unpleasant person in that chair makes it even worse. The sales process with Oneida was on the polar opposite. Oneida is a wonderful person and an absolute pleasure to work with. :-) She listened to what we wanted and double checked we were happy. She took her time at the end of the sale to make sure I knew as much as possible about our new vehicle. Her bubbly and professional personality was so refreshing to be around. She truly cares about you as a person and not just a customer. We spent plenty of time in the vehicle reviewing all the technology and if needed, she will spend more time with me. She made sure our vehicle was delivered on time and was super clean. We will for sure work with her in the future when it comes time to replace this one. The world needs more people like Oneida! More

Called about a service code on my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe, ended up getting recalls replaced. Jeremy Snow was more than Informative and honest about any questions I had as well as about the work that was done ended up getting recalls replaced.
