Hi .. Chris I did called you left a voicemail today and I sent a email yesterday , you did not respond to me yet .. here I am attaching the email message Hi .. I want to let you know that today (1/15/25)is the due date for (2020 Santa Fe ) the car I traded with you guys I not going to make any payments because I transfer the owner ship to you (Big Star Hyundai)on 1/4/2025 .. I got email notification from Hyundai Finance stating that The payment is past due Also you guys overcharged me $1295 for 2025 Santa Fe , the total price of the car is $36,230 you guys are selling it to me $ 37,525 it’s a daylight fraud business you guys are doing especially your sales team.. I feel like all of their mind set is same ..just ripped off customers Thank you
