I brought my 2025 vehicle in for an oil change, as well as getting the vehicle checked out for some lights that have been coming on. The abs and esc lights had been coming on for a while, so service stated as getting the vehicle checked out for some lights that have been coming on. The abs and esc lights had been coming on for a while, so service stated they figured out it was a certain part some kind of pump and they replaced it. They stated this would fix the issue which it did not. The next day the lights came on again. I tried getting a hold of the service department to let them know this is unacceptable since they stated this would fix the issue. I never got a hold of anyone, and I had left messages for them to give me a call and they never did. Finally, a week later I got a second appt scheduled to get this issue looked at for the second time, but I could not speak with anyone in service directly. They have a second party that schedules appointments for the service department. They make it a hassle to be able to get a rental or a loaner vehicle. I have two kids and job in which I cannot afford to go without a vehicle. I still have set to receive a call to see about getting some kind of loaner ready before my appointment. More
