Due to the fees charged to merchants by credit card processors, we do have a limit on the amount that can be charged per transaction. Note that car loans can be paid off nearly immediately which would incur only a small amount of interest. Per the response above I emailed Chris directly on 2/13, still no response as of today 2/16. Since then we discovered that the rear brakes and drums as well as the control arm in addition to the door lock actuator had to be replaced for just over $1600, even though I asked the sales person about the brakes specifically and was told the car had new brakes and rotors installed all the way around before being put out for sale. Come to find that the rear brakes and drums were metal on metal.
