We understand your frustration and disappointment regarding the final charges and apologize if the coverage limitations of your extended service agreement were not clearly explained during your visit. We want to assure you that we are bound by the terms and coverage decisions made by the warranty company, and while we submitted all necessary information for payment, the company declined to cover the diagnostic charges, which resulted in the additional labor fee beyond your deductible. We recognize how frustrating it is to pay extra for work you believed was fully covered, especially since the part in question had been replaced previously, and we regret that you had to contact your warranty provider directly.
