Cory was excellent. My wife had an issue with her car, she dropped it off at the dealership, Cory knew she was coming and had her in a loaner within minutes. He ordered the parts right away and we needed her car for a trip a day later and it was done exactly on time. It was a big job. Kenneth met us shortly after walking in the door when most of the other salespeople seemed uninterested or busy. He gave us the information that we were looking for, helped us decides what options we wan most of the other salespeople seemed uninterested or busy. He gave us the information that we were looking for, helped us decides what options we wanted on our X1, and made the overall sales process simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend him and BMW of Westlake to anyone who is looking for a straightforward car buying experience. The only drawback I saw was with the building itself. Full floor-to-ceiling windows on a south-facing building look nice, but the sun is a menace and prevents workers and customers alike from being able to see what’s between them and the doors. The owners make more than enough money to get some shades for the window. Get it done. More
