I LOVE the loaner when need service. In fact, that was one reason we chose to buy our many cars at this dealership. I booked this service significantly in advance to reserve a loaner. However, I needed to obtain a loaner at Enterprise adding 45 minutes to my process that was not expected and threw off my carefully scheduled day. Perhaps the Enterprise cars can be available at the dealership? I know Enterprise delivers to Brandywine Coachworks. More

Terrible customer service! So much so that I will not be back and I bought my vehicle from this dealership. Dropped car off on a Friday and it wasn’t ready until the following So much so that I will not be back and I bought my vehicle from this dealership. I called several times for updates on the progress of my car and never received call back. When I was able to get into contact with someone, they didn’t know if the recommendations made via text would fix the issues that I brought the car in for and were adding irrelevant services on to be fixed. Just overall dissatisfied and will not take my car here ever again. More

The whole thing was a scam. They told me multiple things were wrong with my car that weren’t. I had an inspection the week before I brought my car in so I know these things were They told me multiple things were wrong with my car that weren’t. I then picked my car up and took it to a 3rd mechanic for another opinion and they agreed with my first mechanic. You told me I needed a AC compressor clutch and wanted to charge me $2,900. The other mechanic charged me $1,100 and replaced the entire compressor and provided a warranty. Your shop is a sham and I’m sure it’s because I came as a woman alone. I will NEVER use your services again. More
