Loaner car was presented with a virtual empty gas tank…said they were short handed and that is unacceptable. Work on car was good but the car was NOT WASHED even though Melissa instructed them to was tank…said they were short handed and that is unacceptable. Melissa and the service department were friendly and easy to work with. The receptionist that I spoke to when I called to make my appointment was rude and made me feel like I was bothering her by calling for to work with.
