The service advisor was great, but the service people not so much. I waited for 10 minutes after driving in and had to flag someone down to get my appointment started and get me to an advisor. I hd a great experience with my sales person, Lauren. She was straight to the point and genuine. I returned to handle paperwork the following business day and once with John in finance, a few more questi She was straight to the point and genuine. John was generally nice but seemed put off that I had some additional questions about the vehicle which required pausing his paperwork to get some information from sales. Lauren was quick with the info I was looking for, so all in all, a 5 minute extension of the time with John. Paperwork I had already signed digitally was presented to me again for wet signatures, I would have preferred to have only signed any document one time. I would revisit the dealership due to their sales team. More
