I hd a great experience with my sales person, Lauren. She was straight to the point and genuine. I returned to handle paperwork the following business day and once with John in finance, a few more questi She was straight to the point and genuine. I returned to handle paperwork the following business day and once with John in finance, a few more questions arose related to the vehicle. John was generally nice but seemed put off that I had some additional questions about the vehicle which required pausing his paperwork to get some information from sales. Lauren was quick with the info I was looking for, so all in all, a 5 minute extension of the time with John. Paperwork I had already signed digitally was presented to me again for wet signatures, I would have preferred to have only signed any document one time. I would revisit the dealership due to their sales team. More

Scott Gately of BMW of West Chester, PA is the absolute BEST! I have driven BMW's since I turned 16 in 1986. I have had numerous client sales advisors. Scott is, by far, my favorite. His professionalism, knowledge of the product and personality are all top-notch. He made the whole buying process seamless from first contact to delivery. Scott threw me multiple "bones" along the way without my even having to ask or imply. This made me feel like I got an even better deal than I did. . Scott was even skilled at dealing with those moments of anxiety that go along with making a larger purchase. He put me right at ease with factual responses.
