I have purchased many BMW's over the years and have had many New Vehicle delivery experiences and I must say this is by far the Very Best Experience I have ever had. Robert Felicetti the sales manager did many New Vehicle delivery experiences and I must say this is by far the Very Best Experience I have ever had. Robert Felicetti the sales manager did a great job getting involved and gave me numbers to buy the car with out any hassel. Additionally, John Wegner my client advisor was knowledgable and was customer focused. Furthermore, Matt the genelman that did my finance paper work was professional and got right to the point which I greatly appriciated. My delivery took 2 hours from the time I walked in the door untill I was driving down the road, the team was efficent, prepared and didn't waste my time, again best delivery ever. Thanks for a Great Job Robert, John, and Matt.... More
I hate this dealership. The older women at the front counter is rude and condescending. Every time I have brought my 5series in for service all I hear about is how horrible her life is and how her husba counter is rude and condescending. Every time I have brought my 5series in for service all I hear about is how horrible her life is and how her husband just got back from Iraq. I don't believe this to be professional in the least. I don't believe you should talk about your personal life at the work place. I also over heard her having an argument with her daughter Sarah while standing behind the counter. Sarah told her to shut up several times. I have also seen that same women crying behind the counter. I didn't spend 60k on a car so I can watch Jerry Springer when I go in for service. I prefer a professional atmosphere where I do not get an enterprise car as a rental when the gentleman standing next to me gets an 09 535 and has an old 3series... I think that they should take into account the car the owner drives in with and the car they drives out with... Basically I will never go there again. If I want to hear about Iraq I will watch the damn news. I will now take my car to Princeton BMW. More
I purchased a used 3-series from Otto's that came with a 90-day dealer warranty. Before I purchased the car, I specifically asked if any problems could be fixed at a dealership in NJ or if the car needed t 90-day dealer warranty. Before I purchased the car, I specifically asked if any problems could be fixed at a dealership in NJ or if the car needed to be returned to Otto's for repair. (This was rather important given that Otto's was located nearly 50 miles away from where I lived.) "Rest assured," I was told "you may ABSOLUTELY take the car to your "local" dealer since we have a "working relationship" with them whereby we fix their cars and they fix ours. Well, sure enough two weeks after I purchased the car, it wouldn't start. I called the dealership and after some discussion and statements about how "they couldn't understand how this possibly could have happened since they had gone over the car with a fine tooth comb," one of the service guys asked me to try putting the car in gear and then returning in to park and then try and restart the car. Sure enough, it worked and the car started. Next, the sales manager gets on the phone, and I remind him of our conversation about my taking the car to my local dealer. He then feeds me this line about them "wanted to stand behind what they sold me, and although it was extremely inconvenient for me to bring the car to West Chester, would I nonetheless do so to allow them to personally address the problem." Well, I fell for it and took the car back to Otto's - i.e., 100 miles roundtrip. Before I did this though, I made sure to impress upon them that returning to them for service was a huge pain. Now here's the best part. I show up for service, having had to use a vacation day, only to be told that "it was exactly what they expected" - i.e., some sort of bushing needed to be replaced. The only problem was that they didn't have the part in stock, so I'd need to come back again. Once again, I reminded the sales manager of our conversation and asked if the part could be shipped to my local dealer and installed by them so that I wouldn't need to make the 100 mile roundtrip journey back to Otto's. Sure enough, once again I got the "we'd really appreciate it if you brought your car back to us . . ." line. This time, however, I insisted. To make a long story, short. The sales manager then starts telling me that I must have been confused and that the warranty that they extended was only good at Otto's, and that regardless of the inconvenience, if I wanted the car fixed, I would need to return to their service department, which I ended up doing on two additional occasions. One the first, they apologized for "ordering the wrong part," and on the second, they made me wait nearly three hours (despite having an "appointment) before I said "enough was enough" and left without the car being repaired, which was eventually done at my local BMW dealer and paid for by Otto's only AFTER I hired an attorney. In short, these guys lied through their teeth during every phase of my dealings with them. They're typical car dealer "scum". Take my advice, seriously consider a Lexus, and if you definitely want a BMW (and I'm about to buy another 5-series), find another dealer. More
Well, I got a brand new 328I at the end of Aug, and it was there in Sept for a headlight being out. When I got it back three other lights came on, so I called the service dept, back to let them know what was there in Sept for a headlight being out. When I got it back three other lights came on, so I called the service dept, back to let them know what was going on. There response was that is was "normal" for those lights to be on. Which i highly doubt they are because they are still on. I went to Devon Hill a few years ago, and they were absolutely the best as far as service and sales, no pressure or anything, unlike Otto's. I have been to Otto's for sales and service both. Every time I have got a friendly and professional response. The sales person knows what he is talking about and same is true with the service department. time I have got a friendly and professional response. I visited their parts department on two occasions to buy parts. They were very friendly and willing to help. Parts were expensive even with my BMWCCA discount, but I guess I'm just use to wholesale and onli parts. They were very friendly and willing to help. After buying the parts I needed, I visited the show room. someone was immediately there to see if I needed help or had any questions. Talked breifly to the sales guy about the new M5 then I asked to be left alone while I just browsed the showroom. On my way out, another sales person pestered me, but it was understandable since she wasn't there when I asked to be left alone. More

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. As a first time customer and a customer with very little knowledge of the BMW, the salesman Adam was very helpful. He gave me the BMW101 class like a col first time customer and a customer with very little knowledge of the BMW, the salesman Adam was very helpful. He gave me the BMW101 class like a college instructor. He never pressured me into buying a car and he did not take advantage of the fact that I only had limited knowledge of the product that I was inquiring about. I bought a 2000 BMW 328I off the used car lot. I got a great price on a really good vehicle. I ended up with more extras in the car than I ever imagined. I never felt ripped off by the dealer like I had been in the past with other dealerships. My car has been great and I will always drive a BMW. Otto's BMW will always have my business and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. More
