Otto's has long been the place to buy BMWs in my area, and they proved to me why when I finally went there. Thank God Lauren what there, though. On a previous review I spoke of a customer service complaint stemming from a service of my car at the Ott's BMW in West Chester Pa, on February the 18th 2023. March 17th 2023, I have been made whole complaint stemming from a service of my car at the Ott's BMW in West Chester Pa, on February the 18th 2023. March 17th 2023, I have been made whole. J the service MGR did indeed step up and lead from a point of integrity. J did reimburse me for my damaged rims. I hope the owner views J as a key member of the problem solving team.
