I own that mishap due to my own misguided hope that two decades of loyalty would mean something when I was constantly reminded how little it mattered. It’s clear that we’re in the right place now. Noel closed the loop on finishes, extras to protect our investment and the paper work needed to get us on the road expediently, with the utmost of ease and clarity, and the confidence of knowing that nothing was overlooked. Over the many years, I have purchase numerous cars. Some of the experiences were good, bad and so - so. The first time I met Ian Martin was a few years ago and he was at the front desk. We were a walk in and Ian spent quite a bit of time with us answering our questions and he showed us automobiles. The time was not right for us to make any purchases. Fast forward a few years, we again were a walk in and Ian was at the front desk again and BINGO! the rest is history. He was SO patient with me and very informative and easy going.
