I cannot give enough positive comments about my experience with Scott Gately and Otto's BMW. I had selected the new BMW I wanted and was working with a local BMW dealership, but was making no pro experience with Scott Gately and Otto's BMW. I had selected the new BMW I wanted and was working with a local BMW dealership, but was making no progress. I have continuously owned BMWs for the past 40 years, so have a good amount of experience with BMW dealerships, most of them positive. Given my frustration, my long time sales agent from Atlanta suggested I try Otto's. Otto's in turn, assigned me to Scott Gately. This experience was truly unique. During my first meeting with Scott to design and order the car, place a down payment, and sign some paperwork took less than an hour. The order was placed and the new care was delivered from the factory two weeks earlier than expected. My second meeting with Scott to pick up the vehicle, sign the paperwork, and become familiar with the car also took less than one hour. I have never had that happen before. Scott was prepared, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, transparent in his business dealings, and keenly intent on providing excellent customer service. Thank you Scott and Otto's! Anyone looking to get a new BMW should contact Scott at Otto's. Otto's BMW was not convenient to my location, but was well worth the drive for this experience. I will be back in the future! More
