I purchased a 2020 BMW from BMW of Loveland, VIN 5UXCW2C01N9L34770. During the test drive, an “Assistance Malfunction” warning appeared. The salesperson, Charlie, told me it was nothing and would go 5UXCW2C01N9L34770. During the test drive, an “Assistance Malfunction” warning appeared. I immediately brought the vehicle back. The dealership initially said it would be repaired, but after learning the repair could cost about $5,000, they refused and told me I must take the vehicle as is because the sale was already completed. My experience through shopping was good. I was a little disappointed to find that when I drove off from the parking lot my gas tank was empty.
