Update: I am please to say that BMW did reach out to me and was very gracious to make the repairs on my car brakes. I want to thank them for replacing the brakes and setting me up with a loaner. I picked up my car from service and was greeted by Ben who graciously walked me to all the right locations and pulled up my car to help me unload my car seat from the loaner back to our car. He continued who graciously walked me to all the right locations and pulled up my car to help me unload my car seat from the loaner back to our car. He continued to help transfer the things over and even offered to help move the heavy car seat for me. As I checked everything over he made sure that I was satisfied with the car of my car. 5 stars.
