This morning I had a GREAT service experience with Ben Ammar. I dropped off my 2011 BMW 335xi today to have it inspected and Mr. Ammar took the extra time to answer some general questions I had about my c Ammar. I dropped off my 2011 BMW 335xi today to have it inspected and Mr. Ammar took the extra time to answer some general questions I had about my car and he also took the extra time to explain the features of the 2021 loaner I was provided since it’s a newer model that I’m not familiar with. I’m very Grateful for his help and customer service such as what I experienced today with Mr. Ammar is what makes BMW of FT Washington my choice for my service needs.
