We were out of state buyers and from the moment of first contact Ashley she was super responsive and accommodating! The actual purchase was completed on a very rainy Saturday and Ashley took care of all the details, made sure we were protected from the weather and we so patient with my wife (her new car) while going over all the settings and preferences for the display and menu set up... including the BMW app and helping her get all that set up. We have bought many cars over the years and I must say this was one of the best purchase experiences we have ever been through. Had been a long time customer and moved to the west coast. I was using my daughter’s X1, who lives in DC, and needed the TPM reset. Stopped in without an appointment and Brittney said no problem to che coast. I was using my daughter’s X1, who lives in DC, and needed the TPM reset. Stopped in without an appointment and Brittney said no problem to checking the tires. Turned out there were nails in 2 tires which they had in stock and replaced them. It was scheduled for a brake flush which was also done. When the car was finished Ben Ammar, who I’ve known for over 20 years, saw me and came to say hello.
