I stopped by this dealership without an appointment. I had a slow week in my back tire. Update: I am please to say that BMW did reach out to me and was very gracious to make the repairs on my car brakes. I want to thank them for replacing the brakes and setting me up with a loaner. I picked up my car from service and was greeted by Ben who graciously walked me to all the right locations and pulled up my car to help me unload my car seat from the loaner back to our car.
