I went to look at a pre-owned X1 at this dealership. Lucy was working late and I arrived close to closing, but Lucy never made me feel rushed at all. 2 days later I drove off with the car. I live in CT. Working with Nick made me sure it was worth a 3.5 hr drive each way to finish the details and pick up my car.
