I took my BMW for service yesterday and was very pleased with the friendly and top notch service I received from Rich Lanci, Amy Marshall and Ben Ammar and also the crew that greets you when you drop off yo with the friendly and top notch service I received from Rich Lanci, Amy Marshall and Ben Ammar and also the crew that greets you when you drop off your car and brings you the loaner car. Rich discussed the scope of service I needed and Amy kept me updated on the work being done. Ben greeted me when I returned to pick up the car. He is dedicated to customer satisfaction and there to help with anything you need. I highly recommend BMW of Fort Washington. More

Wonderful experience at BMW of Fort Washington! Although my husband and I were there to purchase a pre-owned Lexus, rather than a brand new BMW, we were treated extremely well. I have not yet heard the melody nor found words to adequately sing the praises of Ben Ammar and by extension, BMW of Fort Washington as a whole. That I could never imagine purchasing a vehicle from an adequately sing the praises of Ben Ammar and by extension, BMW of Fort Washington as a whole. That I could never imagine purchasing a vehicle from any other dealership or recommending another dealership to friends, family, neighbors or colleagues, is a testament to the quality of whoever found and recruited him to your leadership team. For me, Ft. Washington BMW is the individuals whose faces appear when I think of this dealership. I am very demanding and annoyingly exacting in the level of competence and professionalism I expect and demand when I engage the marketplace for goods and services. Rarely are my expectations not only met, but consistently exceeded, as they are when Ben Ammar is involved And whenever I come here, no matter my mood upon arrival, I always leave feeling much better if I am fortunate to encounter Ben and your very best salesperson; Joo Park.
