I first came into contact with BMW of Allentown in January when I inquired about one of their pre-owned 330i's. This was 100% true. I would go as far as saying this is the most superior BMW dealership in Pennsylvania. I never experienced working with a Client Advisor like Beth, who, like me, was extremely analytical and provided easy-to-read vehicle specs that I could input into Excel to compare against competitor vehicles. When I arrived early for a test drive, Brad stepped in while Beth was busy with a customer to get my son and I ready to go for a test drive. Brad made my first-ever BMW driving experience special. From sharing his own personal experience with the brand to patiently answering all my questions, I felt like I was part of the BMW of Allentown family. The purchasing process was flawless, even when they were training someone to use the finance software for the first time. I never felt like it was dragging on, as it has at other dealerships in the past. It was worth traveling over an hour to purchase my first BMW at this dealership.
