This by far was my best car buying experience and that was because of our sales person Eddy. From the moment we walked into the dealership Eddy made my wife and myself feel at home. The whole buying exper was because of our sales person Eddy. From the moment we walked into the dealership Eddy made my wife and myself feel at home. The whole buying experience was nothing short of amazing. The time Eddy took to show us the different models, different features and what would best suit our needs was above and beyond. I have previously owned Mercedes and Maserati both purchased in the Lehigh Valley and neither came close to the service of Eddy and his team. I cannot recommend Eddy and BMW of Allentown enough. Just purchased a used BMW here. They were transitioning from Daniel BMW to Sloane. We were delayed a week due to the transition but through that time they effectively communicated They were transitioning from Daniel BMW to Sloane. The day of vehicle pick up they took time to each the vehicle features and ensure I was set up on the app. The final purchase paperwork was handled smoothly and I did not feel pressured to purchase additional items. Overall a very positive experience. I’d use the dealership for a vehicle purchase again. More

Overall this dealership was not as customer friendly as others i visited. Lexus was the best experience. They even leant me a car to try out for 2 days. I purchased at least three BMWs over the years at Daniel’s and sales / service has always been excellent. Today, I tried to make an appointment for inspection and an oil change, which is part of a ne Daniel’s and sales / service has always been excellent. Today, I tried to make an appointment for inspection and an oil change, which is part of a new car maintenance program. Despite me stating the inspection is due the end of December, I was told the wait time for a shuttle ride to work is backed up well into mid January! No accommodations were offered since the state inspection is due at the end of December.. So now the two options I have are either wait at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours or have someone pick me up. Both options are very difficult for me with my work schedule. I never had an issue like this in the past and was always able to get through to my regular service agent Ethan. When I told the person I was speaking with that I was disappointed in the way service has declined at Daniel’s, there was no effort made to see what she could do to assist. Certainly no apology, just a simple “goodbye”. By contrast, when my wife’s Lexus needs service, it’s the royal treatment. This includes (if needed) picking up the vehicle at our house and delivering it back when finished. Maybe it’s time for a Lexus! More
