Brian was upfront and honest with us before our 3 hour trip to Mini of Wichita about Mini Financial being down due to the hurricane on the East coast. Brian did not pressure us into buying our new Mini Cooper and gave us space when needed. Best of all, Brian notified us the following Monday to let us know we could get a better deal on the percentage rate if we wanted to. I had very bad experience with the sales person. He did not follow through entire sale. I keep calling him and asking him questions. He didn’t have no answers. Nobody did then I told him that I’m going to write a complaint to the corporate office then I finally get a call from one manager Plates and registration never received by mail after 60 days. The tags are expired that I have to go personally to the DMV office and dealer was trying to convince me that I don’t have to do that now I am in the position where my temporary taxes are expired and dealer would not do anything about it .
