You would think that getting service at a dealership that is 120 miles from home would be a hassle to have your BMW serviced and inspected??? They offered a loaner so we could enjoy Wichita for the day and go shopping and eating out while the car was getting the attention it needed. They texted a live inspection and explained what needed immediate service and items we might need to do in the near future. We could authorize the repairs without having to sit in the dealership. They take great care of their customers! 100! More
