Bought a car, few days later… blown head gasket. Headache to deal with people to have it fix, expensive job. It will take weeks to fix, no towing, no loaner, no rental. Run away from Autonation Ford Memphis if you can. If you cannot… good luck, or get religious and start praying… Now, I have no car to drive to work, and If I can’t work I have no money to pay the bank. If you can’t pay the bank… you know… this could happen to you tomorrow if you are considering AutoNation Santos responded publicly on 4/25/22 12:26 PM I went back to AutoNation to see if I could renegotiate and buy a new truck on the weekend. The answer, as paper transaction goes... Yes, it was doable according to the sales team. But you offered $8000 on the truck. Now think about it for a minute. The original truck I bought from you was $22.425, after my traded in, I own the bank $17000. That means, in top of the brand-new truck I had to come up from my own money about 10 Grands. It is not just wrong, and unfair, it is also offensive. AutoNation, nope... EDIT RESPONSE Santos responded publicly on 6/18/22 2:21 PM 6/18 - Still don't have a car. So, they reply on this page, they said " Contact our General Manager Dion Harrison..." What joke, the place is a circus, and the General Manager is a c...." so I went talk to the guy, at the end of the conversation I asked If I wasted my time talking to him... He said: "Probably...", I had to leave, right there... before I lost my temper and made a scene. I was with my daughter and I didn't want to show her what a man could do when dealing with clowns. Luck them... Call corporate to complain and another joke. Don't deal with them, they are the worst. Buy your car somewhere else. More
