Always a pleasant experience at Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM! I brought my vehicle in for last-minute service (scheduled 30 mins before arrival) and Nicholas was great about getting the problem resolve Jeep RAM! I brought my vehicle in for last-minute service (scheduled 30 mins before arrival) and Nicholas was great about getting the problem resolved quickly the first time, and well within my time constraints. Will definitely use this dealer again and will be asking for Nicholas! Only minor thing I would suggest improving would be the automated TXT message notifications - it wasn't super clear when my vehicle was actually ready to go, but Nicholas kept me up-to-date. More
