This is the worst dealership I have EVER dealt with. The service department was worse than poor. They have pitiful communication standards and are not honest. I foolishly took it to Arrigo who told me I needed over $10,000 dollars worth of work on my engine. It was fine when I drove it there. If it needed so much work, why were they so interested in buying it from me? I do not trust the integrity of either the sales or service department and neither should you! I had to pay really close attention to the final invoice and corrected it few times, they tried to charged $500 for the second key!, the same with the finance guy, trying to include as much as possible in the final price in a shadow way, I won't report it to the BBB because nothing illegal was done, but super shady way to work. I got 2 Free Oils Changes, and the Oil life for the car is 20% coming out from the dealership. The only thing I liked about it is the inventory which has a lot of different options.
