Have a new 2024 RDX and I know there is an issue with the cable for the radio screen and even though I am having many issues with it Acura won’t fix it until I can bring it to the dealership “while the issue cable for the radio screen and even though I am having many issues with it Acura won’t fix it until I can bring it to the dealership “while the issue is happening “!?! Keith is always extremely helpful and responsive, Jonathan was able to assist when Keith was with another customer and Matthew reached out and kept me involved of the repair progress. I was alerted Jonathan was able to assist when Keith was with another customer and Matthew reached out and kept me involved of the repair progress. I was alerted and reminded about the connecting rod recall, the parts were available so that was completed. Note that this car was brought in via flatbed on Friday just before closing and was ready for pickup on Wednesday afternoon with new battery, brake system flush and recall work completed. Thank you, the three gentlemen I mentioned are a great team. More
