Buying the car there was a great experience. I brought my truck in for an issue and was given the run around about fixing it that day and was told I wouldn’t be able to get a loaner car. After sitting for hours at the dealership they magically had multiple loaner cars available. I had to leave my car over night and asking to change the oil and rotate the tires. Both Koons Chevrolet & Tom Howard, my service writer/liason, have performed admirably in providing professional proficiency insofar as the work being done, amicable & patient audience in listenin writer/liason, have performed admirably in providing professional proficiency insofar as the work being done, amicable & patient audience in listening to (& understanding) my concerns and accomodating my non-willingness as a person-to-person, Digital Dinosaur 🦕 by choice, keep-the-encroaching-technocracy-at-bay type of character --- by keeping me informed of the process & process along the way using phones & direct verbal discourse. They have helped with providing transport to & from nearby places for all day jobs instead of waiting on the premises, getting a "loaner" or rental car for longer than a day(s) jobs and dutifully kept me informed of any problems or reliefs that altered the ETA. Lastly, though the prices for parts & labor have risen alarmingly through the years, they have helped me prioritize which routes & options could be taken to lessen the blow, yet provide assured confidence in the drivability of the vehicle within the scope of my own parametric needs along the way.
