I took my truck in to get the seat heater/ac chips installed and to get a rear door weatherstrip issue fixed. Would have given 5 stars if my appointment showed in their books. But, they handled it expertly, got me in and out in under 45 minutes for an Oil change and tire rotation. Girl at front desk had no clu their books. But, they handled it expertly, got me in and out in under 45 minutes for an Oil change and tire rotation. Girl at front desk had no clue where drivers (for ride home) were or how to find out. I only requested ride home because when I booked appointment I was told it would take 90 minutes or longer. I love the Service department at JW. I did think the cost of 95.00 was way to high. More
