It took 4 hours for an oil change and install car seat heater chip from a recall. Was told the part was in stock but parts guy didn’t take to the mechanic timely. I just sat and sat. Service rep comped the oil change which was nice but would have preferred that he followed up on the work that was to be done. More

They did the job I asked for and although it was a long wait due to checking a recall item, didn’t have any issues.
