Not very happy with the service adviser for this repair. long story short the service adviser needs to learn how to communicate. I had to email him every time I wanted to know what was up and why taking s long story short the service adviser needs to learn how to communicate. Monday 9AM until Thursday 5PM for 2015 HD2500 brakes???? Will never do that again! More

The service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Rachel is especially helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Our only dissatisfaction was the cost of the headlights and the lack of recall by Cadillac Rachel is especially helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Our only dissatisfaction was the cost of the headlights and the lack of recall by Cadillac for defective parts. We saw many online comments about moisture in the seals causing failure of the light system. Please let us know how we can be reimbursed in part for having to incur this cost. More
