Into shop on 29 Jan. with check engine light and oil light on. Came out of shop on 12 Feb. On the way home found that oil light was on. Back into shop on 13 Feb. Out with check engine light and oil light on. Came out of shop on 12 Feb. On the way home found that oil light was on. Back into shop on 13 Feb. Out of shop on 26 Feb. Invoice shows it was ready on 24 Feb. It appears to me that Service Technician didn't complete his work first time he had it and then the communication was not pro active. I've delt with Jim Cox for years and he apologized for the problems so I'm good. Your shop will still get my business. More

The service writer did not show interest or concern for our issues with our new truck. He did not update us, returned only 1 call over the 8 days they had our truck. Two problems out of 3 were addressed our issues with our new truck. He did not update us, returned only 1 call over the 8 days they had our truck. Two problems out of 3 were addressed (brakes) & radio) both were not corrected. Upon picking the truck up & driving it home, all issues were still present. More

This will be my last trip to Mac Haik. It took a week to do simple repairs. That was after making an appointment and being told that I should make another appointment for faster service. O It took a week to do simple repairs. That was after making an appointment and being told that I should make another appointment for faster service. Only 2 out of 3 necessary repairs were even completed because they still didn't have differential fluid in (after a week) that was needed to complete the third. There was very little communication. I finally had to pick up my car, so they told me to come after it could be washed. I pulled away from the dealership, and a huge pile of snow fell from the roof onto the hood. Even a simple wash proved too much. The cost was 3 times more than another shop I went to plus they charged a 1% credit card fee. They told me that I could pay in cash to avoid it. Too bad I don't carry thousands of dollars on me. Some notice would have been nice. More
