I stopped in on Thursday to pick up my license plate and inquired about a recall that I received on my STARLINK and was told that it would take about an hour and I declined to have it taken care of today an inquired about a recall that I received on my STARLINK and was told that it would take about an hour and I declined to have it taken care of today and inquired about a Saturday appointment and was told that I could have 1:15 appointment for Saturday. I arrived about 30 minutes early on Saturday and was informed that the service department was really busy and I told the service staff that it was okay and that I was early for my appointment and she then informed me that I didn’t have an appointment. She wanted to know who scheduled the appointment for me. It was the female at this same counter, I’m pretty sure she is the same person. More
