The techs pinched a wire reinstalling the bed, fixed that, but when I tried to use the tailgate radio, it didn’t work. Took it back in to have that diagnosed and fixed. Got the truck back, took it home, was trying the radio and noticed a bunch of wires hanging down passed the bumper. Crawled Under the truck, and found 4 large wire plugs not connected. The guy that worked on my truck, in my opinion, needs to be talked to and made aware that he needs to pay attention to the details of his work. It’s not just about get vehicles in and get them out as fast as you can. Quality matters!!
