Twice I have had my 2024’vehicle in for the same issue and it’s still not fixed. Told me they had to order a part and it wound be in around a week or two, still not in after two weeks. Jared was very helpful and informative about my car and what did and didn't need to be repaired. He did a great job, and I trust his judgment when it comes to my GM vehicle. He takes my concerns seriously, what did and didn't need to be repaired. He did a great job, and I trust his judgment when it comes to my GM vehicle. He takes my concerns seriously, but doesn't try to "find" solutions if he can't replicate the issue. This is why I choose James Wood over other options. If trust is a currency, Jared is a banker.
