It's absolutely amateur hour at James Woods service these days. They took far longer than quoted for an oil change and then neglected to tell me when my truck was done. When walking in for an oil change, you base whether you want to wait or come back based on the time. I get things happen, I’m not unreasonable. But when you’re told 1-1:45 hours and it takes 3:00.
